Pancakes Festival @ Cafesta

Forum Value Mall used to be my usual place to head to for a movie as well as for some Fitness clothing.

Though I have been to their food court numerous times none of the outlets there have caught my attention enough for a second visit and my kids and I normally head to KFC or McD.

I was here again at now what is called Forum Neighbourhood Mall ( no clue why the change in name!) and came across this interesting looking cafe.

Since it was a bit early in the morning, I managed to grab a table right across the cafe which by the way though in the food court is a stand alone outlet.

The Cafe counter is simple and done up with wooden decor which kinda attracts you to check out the place.

What caught my attention was their Pancake Festival and after a lot of thought and checking with them, I ordered for the Chocochips Pancake along with a cup of Americano.

They serve 3 pancakes in each plate and mine looked absolutely yummy.

The pancakes were soft and with the choco sauce was perfect for my mid morning snack. Surprisingly the chocolate ice cream which was served with the pancake gelled well with the flavour of the pancakes.

Their menu has an interesting selection of Sandwiches, Waffles, Drinks and Desserts which is definitely value for money.

During my wait, I was approached by a gentleman who I thought was the manager but turned out to be the owner who was keen on my feedback using their Tablet.

He struck up a conversation on his experience with setting up the Cafe and I did introduce myself as an amateur blogger since it was quite obvious since I had taken a few pics. He was quite courteous and wanted to have my feedback on the menu and their offers.

They are also opening a new branch of Cafesta at Ascendas Park Square mall this month.

Oh before I forget they also make cakes and can deliver within Whitefield.

If you are in Forum Mall and have a bit of time to spare do give them a try!

PS: Pancake festival is on till 15th Dec 2016 so hurry!

For me pancakes are always eaten plain, which my mom usually make ,but if its served with ice cream and choco syrup or sauce who cares for calorie count .
